Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor area. If a smaller sized booking is made, downstairs bedrooms may be closed off.
COMMUNAL LAWN AREA:
Guests have access to the grassed lawn area between the house and the studio accomodation which is located at the rear of the property (Byron Est Baby).
Currently, the lawn is a shared communal area with any guests staying in the studio. Please be mindful and respectful at these times, thank you kindly :))
